Sunday brunch

One of my very best friends is currently visiting from Denmark. She’s one of those friends whom I’ve known forever, and who’s like a sister to me. I’m showing her all my favorite spots and letting her in on all my traditions here in The City, so of course Sunday brunch was mandatory.

We ended up going to the new Two Hands location (they now have two) on Church St. and ordered way too much food and had great coffee. Just like Sunday brunch should be. I had the sweet potato waffle w. brussels sprouts, eggs, and bacon, Helena had the avocado toast with poached eggs, and then we had a little (huge) pancake w. ricotta cheese and pears to share. I was in food heaven. It’s definitely a place worth recommending.
