New York City Bloom

Have you ever thought to yourself, that getting that flu really came at the most convenient time? No, right?? I’ve now been in bed for a week, sleeping the days away. Ever since I moved to The City I seem to get sick from every single new germ there is. If someone sneezes within a radar of ten kilometers I get a cold, someone coughs I get split throat, someone says a/c I might as well just call my doctor. It’s the worst feeling ever, because I used to be that girl who hadn’t had a sick day in three years, and also I kinda developed an ‘on-the-go’ state of mind, which just guilts me for laying here.
Anyway meanwhile I’m laying inside under my comfortable blanket, outside my window New York is blooming. So much life. It’s one of my favorite seasons of the year. It’s getting warmer, but not hot (as New York really can be), and everyone just smile more. Taking a walk in one of Manhattan’s parks these days, is the most beautiful thing. So that is exactly what Edward and I did right before this flu madness. The smell, the life, the gorgeous trees. So definitely one of my favorite seasons.
