CHEFS CLUB COUNTER

Last Friday a new concept opened on the corner of Spring st & Lafayette. It’s called Chefs Club Counter, and serves fast-casual fine dining. I was so excited to try their menu, because it also was Eggslut’s debut in New York City. I am a weird egg eater, but I looooved all the different stuff, and surprisingly enough the “Slut” was my favorite. A poached egg on top of mashed potatoes with toasted flûte. Yuummm.

On top of the egg-citing (hehe) fact that Eggslut is represented in Chefs Club Counter, they also have items from Michelin Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and George Mendez, as well as patries from Maison Kaysor, and coffee from La Colombe.
