BE MINE, VALENTINE.

I?ve always been a big fan of everything that can be celebrated. Birthdays, Christmas, little victories in the everyday life. It makes life so much more special and appreciated. Since moving to New York and getting an American boyfriend, I have integrated many more lovely holidays into my life. So happy Valentine?s Day everyone! Edward and I are actually not celebrating today, but had a lovely date on Saturday. We ate brunch at Sarabeth?s, went to the movies, then we cooked dinner and crafted some delicious cocktails, and partied just the two of us. So perfect!

I love how everyone gets into the mood of celebrating a holiday, and so last Friday I was invited to join a cozy afternoon in the name of love at The Mark Hotel on Manhattan?s Upper East Side. It was such a cute event with a flower cart playing background for the perfect Instagram-moment, hot cocoa made by Jean George, and macarons from Ladurée.
